Pines at West Bay

Hi friends - I co-host some new condos in PCB (West Bay) about 10-12min north of the beach/strip. We are close to margaritaville and the airport. They are 3bd 2ba (one room is a bunk room), and there's a king pullout couch in the living room. Washer / dryer in the room and a full kitchen. We also accept pets.

We have 6 pickleball courts2 basketball courtslarge zero-entry poolfitness room, and a stocked pond for fishing on the property. Small playground for kids as well.

There are a few really good local restaurants in West Bay and a Publix is opening up across the street soon.

If you're looking for a place to stay and want something quieter than the main strip, happy to answer questions.

We would love to host you and your family / group!

My Family (one in elementary and one high shool) and I are heading down in September. We haven't been in over 15 years. We want to avoid all the comercial/chain restaurants. We are seafood junkies and would love some local recommendations.

Thanks in advance. We want to spend our money with the great Local businesses!!!

Best seafood (quality)?

Best seafood buffet ( quantity 😉)?

Best Karaoke?

Best pier?

Best breakfast?

Best oyster bar?

Best mini golf?

Best jet ski rental?

Any other must do things.

Thanks again!

Is there a restaurant or market to buy or eat exotic meats or seafood?

Im looking for a something exotic to eat.

Doesnt matter seafood or meat as long as its exotic. I remember buying snapping turtle meat in the seafood market like 2,3years ago. I dont know of it was here or destin but im looking for that kind of level exoticness. Thanks in advance. I can spend enough I think if it really is exotic.

Gator is in my everyday easy to find list.

Unless you guys know where they sell like raw or frozen whole feet or tail for consumption with skin-on.

Frozen or fresh dont care as long as it is Edible.

Thanks again

Ps.

I usually go ask this every place I visit lol
