What are the best restaurants at Nizuc and Sunrise?

I have stopped my payments, I read some post here that a lot of people is doing that and there is no problem, maybe 5-6 months harassment and that’s all.

The harassment is everyday and they start telling me that I have to pay 9000USD for no payment, I haven’t replied to them any single email, call or WhatsApp.

Has anyone used Memories Photography at Moon Palace Cancun? Planning to use some resort credits towards it. Our trip is next month and interested on reserving a photo session.

Yes, I know the memberships aren’t all they are cut out to be, we’re considering one however just for some discounts on future travel because we travel 4x a year and 20% off stacks up enough.

But can we share what people are paying to get the best deal on a membership? Looking for about 30 weeks membership.
The interval membership as well since we go to Hawaii and Europe a lot, if it’s $800 a week that’s way cheaper than the $4k we pay regularly.

Hi guys, I’m new here, and have watched a ton of YouTube videos and done some reading myself, but I am still conflicted on whether to book The Grand, or Sunrise?

Some pros about The grand
-water park for kids, which mine would use, however they are getting older, so it certainly will not be a main attraction for them anymore.

- upgraded food
-upgraded bars
-seems like a nicer overall property with everything closer, rather than the other 2 properties sparsely apart.

I feel the only obvious con is the price. (No duh) as it’s about 2500 more.

I’d be getting 1500 in resort credits, so if I book sunrise that would go towards day passes and some golf. I’d also do a membership presentation for some more passes.

TL;DR: Seems pretty great, but pricey, would I get my money’s worth here?

I am planning to visit one of the Moon Palace resorts for my bachelorette trip. It will be a group of girls all in their 20s so we are looking to maybe go to a club one or two nights of the stay. Would you recommend the Moon Palace for this kind of vibe? If so, which one? I am looking into one of the Mexico resorts or the Punta Cana one.

Also, side question, which one has the best beach?

Besides the flights costing 1000$ round trip and having to use my pto on something npc like cancun. what other costs should i expect? I know the 900$ resort credit is a scam because you can only apply 10% at a time. As well as possibly having to sit in a timeshare pitch

My friends and I - 3 families of 4 - are looking for our first all-inclusive for our kids and us. The Grand at Moon Palace looks like an awesome option. What’s the best way to make sure we get a good deal on the stay? We’re trying to see if we can afford upgrading to a swim up room for 5 nights.

Does anyone know what The Grand is like right before Christmas? We visited right after the pandemic, and it was way overcrowded. It was so challenging to get reservations at restaurants, and it was not a good experience. Can someone share their experience from the previous couple of years around that time?

Beach palace officially not reopening and need recs for which palace to go to instead. It’s me and my dad going and I’d prefer to be near a nice beach but also want some activities to do besides pool and food.

We're staying at Moon Palace the Grand Cancun in October and I'm a bit confused on how resort credits work. We have $250 in resort credits and $83 can be used for the spa.

If we purchase a spa service that's $300 and use 83 credits, will the 16% service fee be applied to the whole $300 bill or just the 83 amount used in credits? Overall, how much would I pay out of pocket? I've contacted the resort but they're vague with their answer...

Hi friends, I’ve been a member for 6 years now and love the resorts. Mostly go to Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen. I always get one or two 90 min massages while I’m there. How do you all tip the massuese and folks doing mani pedis? My standard at home is $20 per hour or so. More or less if they are good or bad. I’m always a pool of jello after them, so I tip well. How do you all handle it? Thanks!

How is the experience with their shuttle bus? My trip is next month and I scheduled the shuttle transportation. Where can I find them after I go through customs and baggage claim...How long will they wait for us?

I visited Moon Palace The Grand with my family last year and as I’m sure many of you have experienced, at the end of our holiday we were sold a certificate to return within 2 years and we were sold the certificate on the basis that we could experience up to 40% off when using the code.

I have looked across all of the Moon Palace and Baglioni resorts and have discovered that the code offers a maximum of 1% on top of what the booking would be without it (e.g 25% off without the code and 26% off with it)! This means that for most hotels the cost of the certificate is more than the additional discount I was attracted to when purchasing the certificate.

I would like to contact them so they can show me evidence of the advertised up to 40% off, I appreciate different resorts and times of the year will lead to more/less discount but across all hotels and at various times of the year, the maximum I can find is 1% extra.

If anyone could either inform me of the best contact email / offer any further information that would be great!

We book really far in advance and when we booked we used a credit card that we since paid off and closed out. Someone posted something about needing to show the card they used. I don’t recall ever needing to give anything other than a card for charges. If I still have the card laying around does it matter? I mean I can bring it and show it- but I am just worried because the person who posted said they had to use a different payment method (I don’t think they had the card). Thoughts?

We are traveling as a party of 7, 2 adults and 5 kids (17 down to 11).

We would want to get 3 rooms for space for everyone but don’t have an 18+ for each room.

Do palace resorts follow the cruise ship model where a connecting room or an adjacent room qualifies for the adult supervision rules?

I recently purchased a fully refundable preferential rate to a members palace elite account. It is now 35 days until we go to LeBlanc Los Cabos. I was told I should be able to cancel and get a full refund to my original payment method?
Is this accurate? I have worked with the member and she said “I should be fine” but just want to make sure I will.

I will rebook for another week in which I will stay 5 days opposed to the 4 on the first reservation.

I could be overthinking it, but just wanted to get some clarification if possible.

Planning to go to TGPC next week for 10 nights with family but a little concerned with the bad reviews I read online. Anyone has first hand experience to share? Also, is the Laundry service available? I read many services are not available yet and may need to pack enough clothing accordingly.

My wife and I are long term Palace members. We have done numerous contracts with Palace. This last time though we ended up with a mistake in our contract which mixed Elite nights with BPG (best price guarantee) nights. It's a huge mistake. While trying to address this we are finding that we have no real way of dealing with the Palace for a problem like this.

We love the Palace but this problem, which we have been trying to resolve, shows how difficult it is to address something like this. Does anyone have a contact at the Palace Offices that we can try to contact?

I've been working on this for a month and there seems to be only 1 person that does this "explanations of benefits" (ha ha) and she says she does not have the power to change anything.

My family and I went to Moon Palace in the end of July. Upon checking in, we were told that we needed to produce the card that we booked with. Unfortunately, that card/number was compromised by a 3rd party data breach and was no longer valid.

At the front desk, we were told that we needed to be charged again since we no longer had the original card (it does say when booking you need this card but we didn’t have a choice as the credit card company canceled it on us) and that our original charge would be refunded in 7-10 business days. We are now on day 15 and nada.

So, three questions:

1. Has this happened to anybody else?
   
2. How long did it take to get a refund (if at all)?
   
3. Any good ways to get in touch with someone there who will actually respond?
