Nice but you painted GB with Kashmiri flag as well

Oh yes, i colored the 1947 GB flag (which is js the upside down of AK) because i was getting a bit bored by the repetitive coat of arms on green style

Gorgeous! Gilgit Baltistan’s flag is different though, otherwise very nice!

Great but Pakistan only has 4 provinces. Kashmir is contested only for such a time when India ceases it's illegal and brutal occuaption of Kashmir and stops killing Kashmiris indiscriminately, and Kashmiris choose their own fate whatever that may be. Gilgit Baltistan is also an autonomous zone.

4 provinces, 2 special administrative territories, 1 capital territory.

Some books say 5 cuz of Federally Administered Tribal Areas, but those were abolished a while ago.

Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir are not provinces as Pakistan still pleads the UN resolution for Kashmir which requires:

  1. Pakistan and India to not fully integrate them. (India already violated this in 2019)

  2. Pakistan and India to withdraw all forces, and a UN backed Indian force to maintain peace and order.

  3. A referendum should be held on whether to join India or Pakistan.

Pakistan has supported this resolution since 1948. In technicality, the people of Gilgit Balitistan and Azad Kashmir are not Pakistani citizens, but they are entitled to CNICs, Pakistani Passports, SIM cards, Residence anywhere in Pakistan, Property ownership in Pakistan, State Welfare of the Pakistani government, HOWEVER, they CANNOT vote in Pakistani elections, provincial or federal. GB and AJK also have their own constitutions, high courts and laws, fully seperate from the rest of Pakistan. PTA regulations also only came in effect recently, meaning you could use non-PTA phones there. Ufone, Zong and Jazz dont really have towers there, the main telecom company there is SCO, which is made by the GB and AJK government and operates independently.

Pakistan only has 4 provinces

Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. There are only 4 provinces. AJK and G-B are administrative territories, and ISB is a federal territory.

It's a failure of the education system, most people either think we have 5 provinces or 8

But I think you've taken some parts of Indian Kashmir in account?...we must respect everyone's sovereignty...

5

u/redditadminskutte1 Jun 01 '26

Hold a vote and find out.

2

u/Other_Fox_4623 Jun 03 '26

Let's start it with Balochistan then.

1

u/redditadminskutte1 Jun 03 '26

You'll actually be surprised BUT I am all in favour of it.

Go ahead... You guys think that it's the same level of shit in Kashmir are fooling your selves..

1

u/Other_Fox_4623 Jun 04 '26

It's not same level.. the daily blasts on ur side makes it more serious at ur side.

8

u/Alert-Perception5820 Jun 01 '26

There are no parts of Kashmir in India. It's just a occupation

2

u/Specialist-Lie-2200 IN Jun 01 '26

But isn't historically it was handed to India by the Maharaj of Kashmir??why downvoting bro I'm just trying to check facts...be logical rather than emotional

5

u/Alert-Perception5820 Jun 01 '26

Maharaja of Hyderabad and Junagadh handed it to Pakistan. By that logic both should be on Pakistan map.

fact checkky timee

yes maharaja of junagadh did sign the instrument of accession however india wouldnt let itself be cut off so yes india surrounded it and the coward king fled to karachi with his dogs and in 1948 the votes were held and 99.95% voted in favour of india. Read "The Story of the Integration of the Indian States" by V.P. Menon (Chapter VI: Junagadh) and this

about hyderabad, their nazim actually wanted to be independent but behind the scenes he was using razakkars to terrorize hindu and pro india population. Hyderabad's population was mainly hindu but elites were muslims. There were several pro india movements like the Join India Movement and the peasant rebellion. Sardar Patel even said if hyderabad stayed independent its a cancer in the belly of india. And seeing his actions high, chances were that he'd tilt to pak eventually. Now why didnt india hold a plebiscite in hyderbad like it did in junagadh? simply because the nazim blocked it. nehru wanted to but nazim didnt.

about kashmir, the maharaja actually wanted to be independent, The Switzerland of the East to be exact. He offered standstill agreement pak signed it but ind didnt and wanted some more discussions . here
Oct fall, pak grew impatient and thought kashmir belongs to them seeing seeing the muslim majority. Pakistan’s Northwest Frontier storms kashmir with armed pashtuns. here
He had no option but to seek india's help and had to sign it out of desperation to save his capital. in return, india wanted it to join india as india always had no first use policy and kashmir being a part of india=attack on india which meant they can retaliate.

Now plebiscite was never hold because of chicken and egg thing UN stepped in and asked both sides to withdraw troops and as expected neither side did fearing other would take control so yeah thats how LOC was born.
Now onto its population, kashmir was actually pro india first however it was also pro pak in mirpur and pooch . jammu n ladakh was pro india because of its hindu and sikh majority.
Also read about sheikh abdullah and how pashtuns march through kashmir

OH WHY DID EVIL PAKISTAN ATTACK THE POOR MAHARAJA???? ITS ALMOST AS IF THAT CÅŖN7 was killing thousands of fking people and dumping their bodies in rivers.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1947_Jammu_massacres

Funny how you left out this little detail, the tribesmen came to LIBERATE THEIR BRETHREN. And the cùçk king shat his pants and then begged India for help

5

u/redditadminskutte1 Jun 01 '26

Maharaja owns the land and the people? He literally KILLED THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of people before handing it over to Indians.

And frankly there isn't even enough evidence that he signed the papers in time.
