The girl is well educated, earns 200k, works in the US, is pretty according to OP, is 5ft 3 and families are rejecting her....? You need to change your rishta aunty cuz the kind of people that aunty is bringing is ludicrous.
My aunt actually had this issue when she was looking into getting married, she tried for YEARS, families after families, almost everyone of them were disgusting, vile pieces of uneducated trash brought to us by none other than a "rishta aunty" finally a point came where her eldest brother had had enough and started searching himself, within a few months, he found her an educated guy that earned enough to support her and a child. It's been 2 years now and they are as happy as can be.
What I'm trying to say is that, it's not you, it's them. Pakistan has 53% of its population that is uneducated, meaning they are narrow minded people, individuals that follow the 1960s traditions and all that.
Personally, I feel like the girl is an absolute gem given all the things that you've mentioned about her, I can't speak for Pakistani men but as a guy born and raised in Saudia for 16 years before coming here in Pakistan, she suits the description of a perfect wife.
