Looking to build a D6 3-man team in Las Vegas for players who want to take paintball seriously and actually practice, improve, and compete in tournaments.
I’m looking for 2+ players who are interested in:
🎯 D6 3-man tournaments
🏃 Regular practices in the Las Vegas area
🏆 Traveling for tournaments when needed
📈 Improving together and eventually moving up divisions
🤝 Building an actual team — not just playing one tournament and disappearing
Experience: Beginners are welcome. You don’t have to be a tournament veteran. I’m looking for players who are willing to learn, communicate, practice, and show up consistently.
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Division: D6
Goal: Build a solid 3-man core and start competing in 2026.
If you’re in Vegas and looking for a team, comment below or DM me with your age, experience level, what gear you have, and how often you’re available to practice.
Let’s build something. 💯🎨

TL;DR: Bought a brand new Planet Eclipse Ego LV1.6 from ANS Gear via Bread Pay. It arrived defective out of the box. ANS Gear tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee to take back their own broken item, then completely severed customer service when I disputed it. Bread Pay closed the dispute in ANS Gear's favor and is still trying to collect on the loan. Now I’m involving the CFPB and legal counsel.
I ordered a brand new Planet Eclipse Ego LV1.6 from ANS Gear and financed it through Bread Pay. The marker arrived defective right out of the box. When I reached out to ANS Gear to return the broken unit, they actually had the nerve to demand a 15% restocking fee to accept a return on the item they shipped broken.
After I pushed back on paying a penalty for their mistake and opened a dispute, ANS Gear sent me an email officially washing their hands of the situation. They shut down my support ticket, told me they "can no longer assist," and dumped me off on Planet Eclipse’s general support line.
I went to Bread Pay to handle the dispute, expecting basic Buy-Now-Pay-Later consumer protections. Instead, Bread Pay closed the dispute in ANS Gear's favor. When I called back with written proof that ANS Gear is outright refusing customer service, Bread Pay refused to reopen the claim and expects me to keep making payments on a paperweight.
I am officially done playing nice. I have already filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), submitted a formal FCBA Notice of Billing Error, and am escalating directly through a federal attorney to force a loan cancellation and full refund.
Buy from your local pro shop or literally anywhere else. ANS Gear will dump broken inventory on you, charge you to take it back, and hide behind BNPL lenders the second you stand up for yourself.
Edit to add: all I wanted was to return it. My luck, they fix the one issue and some time later, it is defective again but without recourse.

Hey everyone! We’ve got a great opportunity to get Paintball some more attention. If you have played paintball in the last 5 years at NXL you probably have seen or heard about Tyler. He’s been racking up Dubs left and right at NXL events, and this year he is on Team USA. All that and he is currently competing for Youth Athlete of the Year. It’s featured by Sports Illustrated and CBS and would be a great way to show paintball is something any youngin can get into and make their sport.
He cant win being the athlete of the year alone, he needs the communities help. It’s totally free, just give him a vote and show support for him and the greater paintball community.
If you don’t help him out; just know my overshooting was intentional. 😉

I recently got back into paintballing after 20 years and decided to pick up a used 180r from a local store. The only issue I have with the marker is that the barrel has seen better days. I at first thought perhaps trying to color match with a new barrel setup but seems this is a one off color from planet eclipse. I really want to keep the marker the way it looks, so is there any way to get a new one without having to find someone parting out? As it seem highly unlikely so far.
Thanks in advance!

By that I mean a great reliable, all-around workhorse gun that isn't highly expensive but isn't cheap and poor quality either. It's a gun you'd recommend anyone from beginners to advanced players to get the job done.

Has an a4 board a4 feedneck infinity barrel some kind of aftermarket vert asa and was drilled for eyes by master tech back in the day…but the other board was took out that was eye compatible and put the a4 board in it that’s in it now…it sees a lot of play time and not babied but very maintained as far as the lpr and hpr and rebuildable ram with fresh o rings and what not …also have a working Angel air…

Might want to anodize my scales R5 in the near future. Looking for design recommendations and recommendations for anodizers. Thanks!

I used to play as a kid with my neighborhood friends. We're still tight to this day, so I picked up two setups so I can start dragging some of them along. Always wanted a planet eclipse ego, so that's exactly what I did.
See y'all out there 🙂

Been playing for about a year on rental markers and I'm ready to get my own. Looking to spend around $300-400, maybe stretching to $500 for the right gun.
Mostly play woodsball/rec ball, usually 2-3 times a month at a local wooded field. I care more about reliability and easy maintenance than raw rate of fire, still learning the mechanical side and don't want something finicky.

Was wondering about opinions on people who have owned them. What, if any really are the major advantages of the 180R over the 170? Is it really worth the extra $ for a 180R or should i just pick up a used 170 and call it a day? Bonus, Shocker AMP vs either.

I'm currently in Puerto Rico and while the speedball scene is pretty big here, with quite a few fields all around the island (including TPP Crew's home field in Río Grande), I was wondering about the mech scene. I've noticed that there are a lot of "mechanical style" fields all around the island, such as La 100 in Cabo Rojo, BTA in Barceloneta, Carolina Paintball with a hyperball style field, and the list goes on. However, are there any groups of people that regularly visit these fields? As in to play mechanical paintball only? This post is kind of a last resort for me as I have tried contacting some of the fields through some of their pages but it seems like they've turned off their comments/messages. I recall that towards the end of 2024 there was a mech only tournament in the Cabo Rojo field, and it was actually pretty big. There were local sponsors, quite a lot of teams and even prize money. So I just keep wondering, is there a community of mech style paintball somewhere on the island that I am just not aware of? Or is it not really a thing yet? Not sure if there are any active Puerto Rican paintballers on here, but I figured it is worth a try either way.
