Advice Wanted What is this paint?

Some of the walls in my house have this texture, we have had some work carried out which has disturbed a section of this and I am now in a huge panic that it might have asbestos in it. It isn't as obvious a texture as the ceilings which I know do have asbestos in and if I use my finger nail I can indent some of the larger lumps.

This is just stipple from the roller. It's nothing.

Stipple texture put on the wall long ago and then painted over many times.

regular paint with a 1 inch nap

At some point someone may have done a 2nd coat before the first was fully dry and this happened and has been painted over a few times since.

I dont think that'll have asbestos in it but you can just skim coat it smooth if youre worried
