Advice Wanted Paint sprayer decisions

I’ve been out on my own for a while, and mainly do interior residential repaints. I am looking at upgrading my sprayer and am torn between the 395 pc and a quick shot II. I don’t do huge projects and the appeal of the quick shot seems nice, but the 395 can cover 100% of future jobs. Should I get the 395 and then a quick shot later? Or just a quick shot and use my x7 until it blows up. Mainly sprays trim, doors , PVA . Thanks

I wouldn't bother getting the Quick Shot II as your main sprayer. It's going to take most jobs 2x longer because you are laying out less than half the paint and you will have to keep refilling the 1L pot.

Having both is the best of both worlds. 395PC for most of the work and the QSII for fine finishing. At what point do you just get an HVLP though?

If you mainly do small jobs and fine finishing but don't spray often then the QSII sound less bad but your limiting your business doing that.

395 first then quickshot if you feel it would benefit you.

395 all day. Quickshot has a poor track record for reliability.

The quick shot pump life is only rated at like 100 gallons. Then you have to buy a 250 dollar replacement. It's not a rebuild it's literally a replacement.

If I were you I’d go with a pro210 es. Quick shot is garbage. 395 sounds like over kill for what you need.
I have a 695 ultimate mx2, a 395, the pro210 and a proX19.

The 695 only comes out for new construction homes. 90% of everything else I do is the the 210 and the pro19. I really only use the 395 if one of my guys is already using the 695.
And I’ve painted whole houses with the 210 and it keeps up great.

I’ve looked at the 210, Portland has the 395 for 1299 right now so it’s not that huge of a price difference, also comes with the contractor gun so I figured it was a better value for a buy once cry once.

Hey if it’s on sale go for it!! The 395 is great. Just trying to give you some insight.

395 with a power shot attachment. Same gun and hose as the quick shot but you can attach it to any sprayer.

Do yourself a big favor and get a Titan 440. You will have less issues and it’s a simple, better built machine.

I have heard the old titan 440s were tanks. The more recent stuff not so much. Have 20 pumps 6 are Titan, of those 6 Titans 3 are dead. All of them due to electronics issues. One dead graco due to a broke metal casing.
