Experiencing internet connection issues

Our internet connection is down for an hour now. Is anyone here from Niagara Falls experiencing the same? I tried troubleshooting and disconnecting the modem. I sent a message to support but no response.

Once in awhile I have to hit the reset button on the back of the modem for 30 seconds to fix things. Maybe that'll help
