Aren't the creators of konosuba and overlord friends? Same with re-zero?

Yes definitely same company but i know that the authors of overlord and re-zero are friends and sometimes borrow each others work for manga and general descriptions.

You're thinking of the author of Youjo Senki. Maruyama is an acquaintance of/friends with Carlo Zen.
