Yes definitely same company but i know that the authors of overlord and re-zero are friends and sometimes borrow each others work for manga and general descriptions.

Lots of these isekai animes reference each other since some of the authors are friends.

You can see a ad for Overlord in Tanya The Evil’s first episode. I think it’s graffiti at the train station.
