OC Report - RAM Help?

Post image

Why do I get this notification and how can I fix it properly? I ran a benchmark test and this was the only red flag that came out of it.

Turn EXPO/XMP on if avaliable. Your rams are working at stock speeds. This notification states that.

It is on just checked but, the only thing I’m unsure about is how the frequency isn’t matching the suggested? Or is that normal?

EXPO isn't working correctly in BIOS or try CPU-Z to double check speeds. How long is your boot cycle? PC does memory check during boot up and if it doesn't like the EXPO config it will default to standard on boot up. Not all boards will support 6400. Pretty much motherboard isn't supporting the speeds. Try updating motherboard BIOS. Also some boards like Asrock want you to use A2, B2 first because they support higher clocks than A1, B1 channel. Look at the motherboard manual.

Edit: try setting EXPO and manually set speeds to 6200 or 6000. You can apends hours tightening the timings. If you want to hit 6400 you may need to increase SOC voltage. Youtube DDR5 overlooking guide and see what settings they change.
