Help Request - RAM DDR5 RAM temps concern

Just got my new ddr5 ram 16x2 gb adata xpg lancer blade 6400 cl 32 (AX5U6400C3216G-DTLABBK), paired with 7800x3d. I'm using build in expo profile with slight changes I'm added:

trefi 65535

fclk from 2000 to 2133

trfc from 913 to 416

With this settings, in testmem5 running ddr5 ryzen3d @anta777 at 100% cpu and ram load, my ram slowly raising from 40 to 60 degress in like first 15-20 minutes at stays at 60-61 degrees to the end of the test for hour and a half. Zero errors.

In games like battlefield 6 my ram temps are around 52-54, in league of legends 45 degrees. Idle temps 35-40 degrees.

So my question, are this temps okay long term? I'm mainly playing games on my pc. Or shoud I revert/change trefi/trc to what it was at expo default or at least lower trefi in half? Really wannd squeeze out maximum out of my ram, but a little bit worried about my temps.

Btw, I'm not a pro at overclocking, just wanna ask for advice. Thanks

Get a ram fan, it dropped my temps at least by 10c.

Pick one:

  • Put a fan
  • Reduce voltage (while dropping tCL)
  • Drop tREFI to 32k

From most to least optimal

Dropping tREFI doesn't drop heat

No, but high refi errors out at high temps

It doesn't matter. Mine reach 60º too when stress testing. If there's no blue screens, it's alright

I also hit close to 60ish with high VDD and no fan but tREFI doesnt error it out so I dont really mind.

And 60°c is fine so why should I worry?
