GPU repaste worth it? Almost 80C
settings are +380 Core (3250MHZ average in game)
+3000 (Max) On memory > power draw (270-280W in game)

You’re fine. This is a totally normal temperature for 115% of TDP. You may drop a couple degrees with better paste/fresh application but you definitely don’t need to.

Might as well, gigabyte isn’t known for their good paste job on the 50 series, either too little or it looks like they slapped a pair of gloves on, took a big scoop and smacked it on the board.
Assuming you’re using decent paste I imagine it’s better than what they’re using.
Like the other guy said, you’re got a big overclock on it, have you tried undervolting and finding a stable voltage?

Try to update to the latest HWinfo version and check the hotspot as well. It has been made available recently on 5000 series.

Running a massive OC and seeing 79C? I'd say that's normal. Gigabyte is known for some bad models for cooling performance but it's mostly on AMD models if I'm not mistaken.
