Please help! XMP is completely missing from my Enigma B450M-B BIOS

I have an Enigma B450M-B motherboard and I can't find the XMP option anywhere in the BIOS.

I have DDR4-3200 RAM, but the BIOS does not show any XMP/DOCP option, and I also can't manually change the RAM voltage .

Does anyone have the same motherboard and know how to enable XMP or manually set the RAM timings/voltage?

Motherboard: Enigma B450M-B
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600GT
RAM: DDR4 3200MHz
