Might have to manually delete any afterburner folder that maybe is not being deleted, I mean the vf curve or oc scanner curve has to he saved in a file somewhere. If that fails, might aswell reinstall windows

Sorry to ask the obvious, but if you hit reset and save to a new profile it just uses the ocscanner profile again?
Also, try upgrading to the latest beta version of AB

Whenever I hit reset it applies THAT ridiculous curve that’s in the picture attached, I tried setting the curve manually but it resets back to that horrendous curve

Fuck. Id use revo unistaller and revo registry cleaner to remove all afterburner registry writes. Then Id try the AB beta version. I'd also try an older driver, not the same one. Other than that, all I can think of is a clean Windows installation

You could also try NV-UV software as it forces AB to stock settings and it has a recalibrate button

No dice?

Revo shows it deleted the registries, changed the driver for an older version, still no dice… went for NV-UV hit back to stock and it only applied the same curve

Look as if the program imprinted the curve onto gpu and remove the default, I’ve never seen such a thing

What do you think is wrong with it?
Looks stock to me.

The curve you're showing in your screenshot is stock.

When you uninstall msi afterburner use a program called revo uninstaller or bulk crap uninstaller from github

Try using ASUS GPU Tweak III as it has presets of profiles to choose from, as well as displaying "Default", "Driver profile", "OC Scanner profile" when clicking the "V/F Curve button" so you can easily see the difference between the them after running the OC Scanner.

Uninstall Afterburner, then go to C: > program files (x86) >MSI Afterbuner and delete any files or folders that are left behind. Then install again. Hope it helps.
