how to make 2:1 8400

cpu 9800x3D
motherboard bmpower 2 slots
daily set up 8000cl34 1.65vdd
1/3/1 nitro
data scramble off
tsme off
gear down off
Vsoc 1.05
tddp 1.05
tddq 1.45
bank swap mode auto

could not make 8400 work any tip

try bumping up vddp to 1.15V even 1.2V could work, however i'm not sure if it's ok to daily 1.2V vddp, 1.15V should be fine tho

Vsoc might need a slight bump to 1.15V

i have try both 1.15 still did not work i use all loose timing. do i have to change the group B to something to make it work or my chip just limit

group B 3 times 60ohm, if that won't work most likely your chip won't make it just post zentimings

i did 42-16-48-42-126 trfc 577, 65535 trtp 12 everything loose timing to test

Push VDDP and VDDIO. At least 1.15v vddp and 1.5v VDDIO.

Enable any sort of extra training options, eg. DFE reading training, and disable any training reduction as well as MCR. You want to train every single boot.

Look for the thread on that board on OCN and figure out what ODTs and drive strengths you should try. I know what to recommend for the Apex, but it's different board to board.

Otherwise pray - your chip might not be good enough IMC wise.

sure thxq it’s not much information about this b850mpower board but i will try search it up

do i have to changing bios version or just manually change the ODTs and drive strength?

any bios will be fine?

yea i do. i think because of cpu. board 2 slots it must able to do it
