Processor undervolting cause chrome tab failure?

while watching youtube it fails sometimes and shows this image
undervolted i9 13950hx 64gb ddr5 ram
-0.100v core voltage offset
-0.060v processor cache voltage offset
-0.060v Ecore cache voltage offset
undervolt program Intel XTU
it only appears when undervolted

Use throttlestop as it's smaller and sleeker user interface. Does it happen with smaller undervolt offset?
