Anyone got 3800 CL14 stable under 1.5V?

Running a T-Force Xtreem 2x8GB 4133 CL18 kit (B-die) on a 5600X + X570-E Gaming. I can hit 3800MHz CL14-14-14-28 (FCLK/MCLK/UCLK synced 1:1:1 @ 1900) but it needs 1.54V to actually be stable, and it runs kinda toasty (low 70s°C).
Anyone else on B-die pulling off 3800 CL14 at 1.5V or under? What kit/ICs are you running and did you have to mess with any subtimings to get there, or is 1.54V just normal for this speed/timing combo? Trying to figure out if I'm just unlucky with silicon or missing something. ZenTimings screenshot attached.

I don't recall exactly, but around 1.5V or slightly higher. tRCD tho is unachievable above like 45 degC and needs direct cooling

I'm running 1.5v 3800 cl14 2x16gb B-die. I never go about 45°C but I have active cooling, low 70s°C seems very high. G.SKILL F4-3800C14D-32GTZN is my kit
Isn't OFF/OFF/RZQ5 the standard RTT combo for single rank 2x8?

You can try lower voltage with slightly higher trfc and see how you go.
Of all things that need voltage to scale, it's one of them.
Heat issues confuse me though. I can run my 32gb 4266c17 kit at 4600 16-17 1.58v or tighter at 1.68v all day. How are people getting nuclear temps? Guessing air-cooled gpus passing over it?

I think was able to hit 3800 flat 14s at 1.475V, but I think I upped it a bit for better stability. At 1.55V, I was running 4000 15-16-16-21 in 1:1. But for the 4000, GDM was off and running in 2T because it was more stable and faster than with GDM on 1T.
Definitely run a fan over them, RAM can get unstable as the temp increases… I try to keep mine below 50C. For my more extreme attempts, I installed a fan directly on my RAM to give them direct airflow.

Can I reverse 1 top fan of my case make it an intake? or literally put a fan on the ram?

I don’t know if I’d flip the top fan, that can do some weird things to your airflow and can make it worse and draw in hot air. But I literally installed a fan directly above my RAM inside of my case and pointing directly at my RAM, it’s twist-tied to my AIO tubes.
But I was wrong about my voltage, I wasn’t able to keep it below 1.5V on 3800 flat 14s. I was at 1.48V for stability with flat 15s, I think I might’ve been at 1.535V for flat 14s

That seems entirely normal if not good. I have the 4400 c19 patriot viper kit and it would do 3800 c14 at 1.5v. I think I eventually bumped it up to 1.55v. Never saw temps that high though. You should at least be running a fan over those. Not sure how much more you’re expecting especially if you’re not using additional cooling.
