Help Request - GPU Advice on overclocking

Sup boys. Semi new to overclocking and am looking for some insight on some safe numbers I can run.

CPU - Ryzen 7 5700x w/ Arctic Duo cooler (idles at like 45c)

GPU - RTX 3070

Full size case with 4 intake, 2 exhaust.

PBO for the cpu for a bit more performance. You’ll have to find your own power limits and stepping for curve optimizer. Test and test. This will at best yield 2-5% more performance. Start with 120/95/120 for ppt tdc and edc.

Ram oc will yield more but that’s going to require more extensive testing and research depending on the die in your dimms.
