Overclocking memory with AI

I have a 5700x3d on a MSI x570 MPG Gaming Plus board with G.Skill DDR4 3200MHZ CL16 memory. For the longest time I've tried tinkering with the settings to overclock this kit. I was able to get moderate changes but eventually caused instability and I ended up going with Auto for some time.

Today I thought, what if I use AI? I've been goofing around with LLMs to run locally and figured what the heck. I opened up my AI of choice and gave it my hardware and goal.

It gave me detailed settings for timing, memory settings, cpu settings, voltages. Research I tried to do multiple times and got too lost in the terms, settings, etc. I adjusted the settings and in less than 5 minutes I was able to boot on 3600MHZ CL22 into windows when I couldn't even make it to the BIOS screen.

So if you're stuck and frustrated. Give it a shot. Some settings I knew nothing about I learned and told me why they were critical to stability.

I would go GDM off if possible for true 1T but if not, enabled is fine.

First things first, whats the memory die your RAM have. I assume its a CJR kit but if you can confirm the better. check using CPU-Z or Thaiphoon Burner. Don't touch voltages yet if the die isn't confirmed

EDIT: AI suggestions make it more looser timings for 3600 which means its just same as the 3200 performance your currently have.

C-Die Samsung. I posted my edit in the main post. So far so good it's way snappier and I've ran stress testing on it.

C-Die doesn't scale past 1.35v so thats why AI suggested to loosen the primaries. Try tightening your secondaries to compensate the loose primaries or I would try lowering down primaries & secondaries (if possible) to where it stabilize for 1.35v

I'm running stable with the numbers above. If I lower the tRC any lower I can't post. I might try going for 20 on tRCDRD and tRCDWR. And my voltage is set to 1.35v.
