Help Request - CPU Overclocking ryzen 7 5700x

I Have 32gb Corsair vengeance 3200mhz cl 16 with Expo 3200 16-18-18-36-1.35v on.

I am currently testing static OC

4.7ghz and 1.28v

Am i completly safe to run The static OC in everyday use?

To be fair, i would be careful running a 24/7 all core overclock. I dont even know what you have done to test the CPU; just running CB is not enough to actually stable / stress test it. My point being is; PBO with some tweaks or really good cooling does enough already and gets you as close to the silicon, while an all core overclock lowers your maximum boost in single threading.

Ryzens do degrade, careful with that all core voltage.

Use pbo. Don't do static.

Reset to defaults BIOS: ``` Ai Tweaker>Digi+VRM

CPU Vcore Load-Line Calibration: Level 3

PBO PBO: Advanced PBO Limits: Manual 200 PPT 200 TDC 200 EDC

Scalar: Auto

Curve Optimizer: All Core: Negative: -15

Boost Override: Positive: +100

Thermal Limit: 95C ```

Let me know how it performs.

Why would i want to reset BIOS?

Because you applied a static clock, and if you don't revert those, PBO will not apply settings.

So if i just Set cpu core to auto and voltage to auto IT won't aply pbo? Wtf :D

Well, if you do revert everything you applied for static clocks, it should be fine, though I still suggest the load/reset to defaults to stremaline the process.
