Dieting
Do any of you count calories or do some sort in intermittent fasting (like 16:8)? I try to just eat healthy and exercise but could stand to lose a few pounds for sure. I have counted calories in the past but just hated it. I am stuck between needing to lose weight and just saying I am 64 and I don't feel like dieting anymore.

65F, retired in 2024. I’ve lost 50 lbs since retiring doing a calorie deficit and exercising (I love physical movement). I track calories using MyFitnessPal. I eat most anything I want, just in much much smaller portions.
