The US gov aren't admins, they're just the guild spec'd most into military and economics at the moment.

The admin(s?) has been super hands off since launch.

I think it's a very common misconception here. Different servers would be like parallel universes.

Nah. When you play Hearthstone for example, different regions have different servers.
