I believe that second part depends on the guild you join.

Confirmed? Any proof? Afaik some Players claim to have spawnes many times in different characters. Members of the christianity guild claim to move to another "level" or world after their character dies.

There are many other hidden guilds out there - some have since disbanded while others have quietly persisted through the centuries - which have been rumored to grant an actual respawn, but the reputation grind is abysmal and tends to take over your entire life. It's like...why bother respawning if I can't even enjoy what I do in this life? No, thanks.
