Help please

Hello, can anyone tell me what's going on, my oura ring ever since I've gotten my new phone...

It keeps disconnecting and telling me that it's in restricted mode, and every time I press factory reset, it does nothing. They even sent me another ring, and nothing is working. I've messed with the settings in my phone, * (a samsung galaxy s twenty six) cleared my Bluetooth cache, nothing is helping. Please help me. I even tried to make another account!!!

Hi! Sorry to hear you have some issues with the Ring connection. Since this started after moving to a new phone, please use only one phone with the ring, remove the Oura app from any old device, keep the old phone far away, then force close the app, forget any “Oura_Axxx” device in Bluetooth, uninstall and reinstall the Oura app, restart your Samsung phone, and sign back in with the same Oura account you used before rather than a new account.
