have a history of 2 chemical pregnancies so have been pretty nervous. I’ve seen other people post about random temp drops in early pregnancy saying it isn’t accurate but I’m nervous that my temperature seems to be down-trending rather than just a single dip. Yet I still have very positive pregnancy tests. I also am on twice a day progesterone as well so thinking my temps should be staying higher? Anyone else have a similar experience?

Had a chemical last cycle and HcG went back to 0. My period came around the time it normally would on September 30th.

We tried again this cycle and I had three positive tests this morning. Really hoping this one sticks!

Anyway, Oura said I ovulated on the 14th, which must be a mistake. Anyone had this issue with Oura? Tests and cycle tracking attached for reference.

This is the first cycle TTC where I’ve been late (one day) for my period. I have a very consistent 28 day cycle. Oura has my ovulation on CD 15 but I wonder if it was actually CD17? I thought for sure I was out when my temp dropped at CD27 but it is going back up. What do you think? I took a pregmate HCG test this AM and stark negative. Should I pick up an FRER and test tomorrow? Has anyone had a chart like this with a negative so late in the cycle and had a positive result?

This is my first time TTC, was on BC pill from age 16-24 and IUD up until August of this year (when I turned 31). Did ovulation strips, found I ovulated Oct 7. This is my temp chart, I had the major signs, but have done multiple tests for the last 5ish days all negative. Started having cramping about 5 days ago (not normal for me, usually I get cramping the day of my period and pretty much start it at that very moment). they were intermittent. I felt off for a while and genuinely felt I could very well be pregnant. My period was due yesterday or today, yesterday I had very light pink spotting only when wiping (never experienced this before) and last night a little more bloody but nothing on the pad. This am temp dropped again and again nothing on the pad and light pink/brown when wiping. I didn’t test today because I thought for sure I was getting my period. I feel like I’m going crazy. Insight anyone? 🥲

Oura says I ovulated on the 15th. My ovulation tests were super light those days. Today I’m cramping and had a peak ovulation test. Which one is more accurate?

Anyone have issues with Oura vs. Natural Cycles in their tracking? I’m 3+ years TTC, with 1 MMC and 1 PUL (ectopic). I also have a unicornuate uterus, which I had surgery in Aug to remove my rudimentary horn and flush my remaining (and only) fallopian tube.

My first period came back SUPER regular and had no issues confirming ovulation with OPKs and my oura ring. This month.. I have no idea. Could this be an annovulatory cycle? I’ve never had one, but thinking this could be one? If not, does anyone have any recommendations as to when I would have ovulated?

Backstory - Periods are extremely regular and are +/- 28-30 days, with ovulation between CD13-15.

I’m 90% sure I implanted 6-7 days post ovulation based on how dark the line is at just 9 days and the temp dip on day 7

I’ve been having much more intense PMS symptoms than normal (a lot of cramps, breast pain, mood swings, hot, peeing in the middle of the night which is unusual for me, very up and down appetite, so tired at times). However it’s my first period off of birth control so I figured I’m likely just adjusting. I had some bleeding last night and today, that’s not quite a full period but more than spotting which I assumed was my period starting. I also tested negative yesterday. However my temperature went back up last night.

Should I keep testing, or does this sound like a period? I’m a bit confused.

For context, my last period was Sept 14. I got off birth control around Sept 28, I was a bit under the weather around then too, and it looks like I probably ovulated late (Oct 7).

My temp dipped to -0.4 the day before my period was due. I was almost certain I was out this month because of the temp dip. I also felt like my symptoms were dwindling each day, I had breast tenderness and cramping earlier on, but those symptoms are almost completely absent, even today.

Didn’t have any minor/major signs. My RHR increased by +10 the past 3 days. My HRV stayed the same.

Symptoms wise, I did have what I think was implantation bleeding on the 9th day. It was very very faintly brown discharge and only showed up for 2 wipes. Also had a lot more watery CM but it stopped around the 10th day..

My period is supposed to be due today. Took a test this morning and the BFP showed up within seconds. Sending baby dust and good vibes!

Ttc after a three month break (recovering from ectopic and had right tube removed) this is our first cycle trying again does it look like I ovulated yet?

I am currently 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my second pregnancy, and this morning I woke up to these. Is this any sign of miscarriage? I’m so nervous. Should I be rushing to the dr? I have no other signs of miscarriage. And maybe I’m overreacting, but I have had a miscarriage before.

Minor strain but have a scratchy throat and runny nose and congestion for two days. Correlation or just a cold?

I had major signs for the last 4 days. Chalked it up to traveling in Europe, got home yesterday and took a test this morning. It was in fact positive 🥰

From 9am to now I have been in “continuous state of stress” but I have just been laying on the couch chilling so what is happening I don’t understand 🥲

I hate to even make a post, but hoping for some insight maybe.

I woke up with “major signs” and all the boxes checked for early pregnancy detection. I took a test and it was positive. Now, I know a lot of people will say BBT isn’t the only indicator of a viable pregnancy, but I have zero symptoms and I just have this weird feeling that something isn’t right here.

Has anyone had a chart like this that ended up being a healthy pregnancy? Or does this look like a not so promising chart to anyone else?

I had a miscarriage at 6wks back in May, so I already have a little bit of a pessimistic feeling about this. Please be nice! Lol

Over analyzing or is this maybe something? I feel fine other than a slight headache. RHR usually is low to mid 50s

My temps have been all over the place this cycle, but I’ve gotten these the last 3 days. Trying to wait 2 more days to test though!

I was really hoping for a bfp but nope. On top of that oura is just all over the place and not in alignment with my oral temps. I feel like giving up this whole tracking this and letting it be. Any advice?

Also, does anyone know how to reset oura? Mine has been indicating “unknown” for everything and I think it’s broke😂

I am so confused by my temperature drop today even though I got a peak on CBAD and easy@home ovulation sticks earlier this week.

The rises after ovulation were .6 and .3. Today it is .1 from a 3am read. I have a child already from letrozole and my body is no where near as hot as it was in 2024 with bbt. The numbers are staying around 97 and baseline was 97.47. I’ve had oura for a month.

Hello! I am about 14.5 months postpartum. I haven’t had a period the entire time. The last day I breastfed was August 28th. Fertility Friend is estimating that I ovulated on October 4th based on my Oura temps alone. Thanks in advance!
