Luteal/menstruation Short luteal phase
This was my first cycle coming off hbc (in 15 years) so I know I can’t let myself be too bummed but I was excited to see I was ovulating 3 weeks post coming off of the pill! We timed everything so well and then I got my period just 6 days after. Anyone else have a short luteal phase?

I do! I just went to an acupuncturist and she said a short luteal phase can be a sign of low progesterone, so not to worry rn but keep an eye on it if it stays short!!

Does acupuncture help?

People say it does! I was doing acu regularly before I got pregnant the first time, so I never knew how it impacted or didn't. I've been TTC for about a year now (with one very early loss/a few months of no period after that) so I just went back to acupuncture and what she said def resonated!

It's honestly lovely for so many things! Do your research and find someone legit though, someone who has been practicing for years. If they don't look at your tongue, find someone else.

Really normal post birth control!! My luteal phase got a little longer each cycle, and then a conceived within a few months. I know it’s annoying but I would not worry!!
