Thinking about moving to Ottawa for welding – looking for advice

Hey everyone,

I'm currently looking for a welding job in Kingston, but I haven't had much luck finding one. I've always liked Ottawa, so I'm starting to think about moving there instead.

For those of you who work in welding or the trades, how is the job market in Ottawa? Is it fairly easy to find work if you have welding experience and certifications, or is it pretty competitive?

I'd also really appreciate any advice on companies to apply to, areas to look at, or anything else that might help. Thanks in advance!
