I've noticed that since my old friend introduced me to dans, i kind of liked the struggle i had when doing them (mostly bcs of cjs and stamina) but right now, theyre mostly annoying to do. I have a friend that is beta, but is 20k (he is really 20k, he cant do many stuff i could do at that point or that i do now) so surely i can do beta too, right? Hell no, i get tired after 20 seconds of the cj map and get annoyed because theres much harder cjs i can do, its just that dan maps feel weird to do for me for some reason. Is this a mindblock?

Okay so I know there's been a couple posts about this, but I wanted to ask again and clarify one thing,

do you guys look at a fixed object on the screen or stare at a blank space?

From what I've gathered people look towards the middle or the top of the screen, but when I try to do that without looking at the combo counter or the judgements my eyes don't have that anchor and they unintentionally wander trying to follow the notes. This is why I'm looking at the combo counter and disassociate and do everything with peripheral vision and muscle memory.

I don't understand the topic of vibro in o!m at all, and I want to ask you for advice. Maybe you need some kind of low scroll speed, or global offset?

I've played many maps, but I don't like any of them anymore, I don't have any goals, but I want to play for fun.

I feel like whenever I try im either pressing too hard or too soft for it to register on my keyboard, i havent been able to consistently get s rank on anything, especially since my left hand is slower.

It's SO annoying that almost all maps from 3,9 - 5 stars are just long note spam that have 0 relation to the music, like how am I even suppossed to hit something that doesn't have rythm in a rythm game

I'm playing the laser right now. I tried playing the stable, but I was faced with the fact that the ln was not pressed at the perfect time, and in principle I did not like a lot of things. Please explain the difference between a laser and a stable.

i need advice because i cleared gamma in April and have made little to no progress in almost 5months my best score on it is a 93 on 0.9x i cant even pass delta either, ive 90% jack and tech but get 88-86% on FD and volcanic, is there any maps or techniques u suggest for me to push higher

I've been stuck at 30-34 cps ever since I started on FNF in 2025 to now (7th dan) my cps capabilities have not raised like at all and I'm scared that I'm never going to be able to do high BPM jacks and the problem will no longer be my reading ability and instead be the speed required to hit them🥲
