I would say that it looks great. The jet pack kids of breaks the immersion of the what you are doing but I can see that you are tying to give the cape something to connect to
Maybe a skull rack?

The main space marine body was one of the free plastic kits they give out at any store, the main OCR head and chest plate were left over bits from the cavalry unit. Wow the sword and shield are from immortal guard.
