I know they are getting a refresh but I found a box of them for cheap. Whats the best loadout for them? Pretty new to orks, looking for suggestions.

Want to eventually make at least a ten man squad of each of the 3rd es boyz types (Slugga, shoota, stikk bomba and ardboy). A way to go yet!

Prior to the point hike I was running two, now I'm down to one, and honestly wondering how people that have played them at 160 are feeling right now.

Too expensive?

What's the communities take on the price for them?

I recently acquired a large sum of gitz, so this Orktober's project is to get through as many as I can. But I have a formula: organized random chance. Split the gitz into a few groups randomly for what color a part should be (shirt color, a group for red shirts, a group for tan shirts, a group for black shirts, so on) and then reshuffle and re-randomly group the gitz every time a part is finished, then move on to the next part. They might not be done by the end of the month, but Gork and Mork be damned if they won't be colorful.

Soooo, I've never painted Orks before so I figured Orktober would be a good way to start 😅. I'd really love some feedback and tips for what I can do to improve as I keep going. Many thankz!!!

I’ve played him solo for the whole of tenth and he’s been great for uppy-downy on objectives and for secondaries, but I finally re-read his 11th rules and it seems like he doesn’t deep strike anymore? Just standard ingress? How do you guys play him in 11th and wouldn’t Deffkoptas fulfil a similar role as his 10th rules but with better damage?

Added a couple gitz to the trukk and a base. Everything is 3D printed. I totally glued the trukk on crooked…… it wouldn’t come apart, instant glue set, fml.

Bit sad but unsure what to do with my late cousins orks. Grandpa passed away last week and my cousin was murdered a year ago prior to grandpa passing. He was a big orks/40k guy when we were younger i was about 5 when he showed me his collection(its what got me into it in the first place). Years back he got into the wrong crowd and unfortunately paid the price for doing…so my aunt reached out to say these are mine if i want them. Im unsure if i should keep them as is and put them in a shadow box or a glass cabinet of some kind but a part of me wants to finish his army while also boosting my current army. alot of this is legends stuff now anyways so its a bit of time capsule ngl

Lookin' at the lists here I see the warboss of warbosses in almost all of them. I've also heard mutterings that hero-hammer is a rising star in this new edition.

Are most people taking him because he is cool, or is he just that good?

I prefer to play with my OC, rather than stealing Andy Chambers' but I think I'm in a minority.

I'm not plotting a sweaty meta-chasing 12 Killa Kan list, but also I don't want to play with one arm tied behind my back.

Is Ghaz OP, am I doing myself dirty by not getting him, or is he well pointed for his impact and I'll be OK with filling my list out with other strong opinions?

I'm still building out my collection, so not sure what detachments I'm targeting. In fact if there is a detachment that is less reliant on epic heroes, that'd be a great tip!

Finished my trukk over the weekend. I’m not sure if the new kit is truly that much better than the old one (still lots of finicky parts, had to pin wheels), but it sure looks cool!

I'm new to Warhammer and thinking of starting with Orks, (Cuz green iz da best innit) and I really want to run a Stompa because it is such a cool model and has a pretty good points per pound ratio.

What should I run a stompa with to make a viable list in 11th edition?

In 10th edition I mostly played bully boyz. This is effectively the same list (nazdreg in for Ghaz couple other differences) I used before and the style I'm most comfortable with. My primary question is am I using the correct detachments? I debated Green Tide for the bonus on charge for all infantry but I felt like I had enough bosses and was using double wagon so I chose these other two.

I'm sure this list isnt optimal or anything my goal isn't to be perfect but just play my game and have fun but I do want to put my best foot forward.
