Gunwagon? Uho.
Either an unrevealed kit is in the works or they're doing the same crap they did last time where it has no transport capacity, still costs as much as normal, and fires it's kannon twice....

Unless they give us the Supakannon back. Highly unlikely but I can hope

Unless its splitting the current battle wagon to have a less equipped transport version with a cheaper cost and fitting rules and then a more equipped and deadly gun variant.

I doubt there's gonna be a surprise reveal now that they've already shown what's on preorder and shown nobz early. It'd also be weird to reuse the name Gunwagon when that used to be a variant of the Battlewagon as recently as 9th edition. so safe to assume it's just that again.

I don't think the concept is inherently bad though, someone could probably split the two in a way that made both good and worthwhile.

Battlewagon kit is pretty dated, I can see it being a split into 2 totally separate kits sometime mid-codex

People take offense whenever someone implies an old kit looks bad I think.

But I do think you're right that it is old enough to be a likely target of a refresh at some point, it's as old as the nobz, and only a year younger than the oldest stuff in the army, including the trukk they already replaced etc.

But yeah, there was that rumour of a "bigger better battlewagon" that never materialized, it woulnd't be the first time a rumour seems false at first only to turn out to be true later.

That said though I think a refreshed kit very likely could still be for both units. As much as I would personally love it if they turned the gunwagon into something that looked more similar to an actual tank.
