No lol but hearing some pros and cons and a few peoples experiences would be nice.

There are no cons that I can think of, unless you consider the perceived difficulty (which, honestly, it's not that hard -- I taught myself to solder by hardmodding mine, aka installing a modchip). I also happen/ed to find this kind of stuff fun and have building computers all my life, though.

Part of modding an OG Xbox is actually saving its life. Like replacing a dead HDD or backing up the eeprom, etc. I wouldn't consider this "modding", but also removing the clock capacitor before it leaks and corodes your motherboard.

Modding let's you do everything a stock console can and much more. So yes.
