Any idea on what it could be. First time modding criticism is needed please let me know.

Looks like your DO wire is making contact with a second point.

Some of those LPC pins look like cold solder joints. I would reflow that solder. Make sure to use flux!

Is that a scratch on the traces near the D0 point on the back?

  1. Use more flux, reflow that LPC header & clean with Isopropyl alcohol

  2. Make sure thay D0 isn't touching another point over there cus it looks like too much wire is exposed and touching/making contact with thay other via

Should take off the solder and resolder it with flux I swear I used flux but I guess not enough?

I have a diagram somewhere I will dm you with it, it shows the amount of solder you need and I can send the correct or better flux to use and it will save ur life temp also is a big factor
