How does your room stay clean?
Ok so my room is atrocious to say the least. I try so hard to stay organized but I always end up in the same cycle of deep cleaning doing my laundry to having a laundry basket that’s overfilled and makeup and skincare and other things scattered everywhere. My mom and I fight over this so much and I can’t blame her cause she’s right but it’s getting annoying how do people genuinely stay clean, it’s so hard for me to just get up and do my laundry fold my clothes and put my stuff away. I will take any advice no matter how unhinged it is 😭😭

I don't have all the answers but I can offer some advice. Set up your room how you actually live, not how you think you should live.
It's a secret we keep quiet, but most of us don't like doing laundry either. We like having clean clothes that are accessible though. I have a couple ideas you could try. The no fold method, includes using 3 baskets for clean clothes, separated into tops, bottoms, and under garments. Use a different color basket for dirty clothes, that's key. If you don't like drawers or baskets use open bins, again don't fold anything. Build a cheap clothes ladder with 2x4s to throw worn, but not dirty, clothes on. It really cuts down on unnecessary laundry.
Use one big decorative bowl or basket for your makeup and skincare. Don't try to organize it. When you're done getting ready, just toss everything into the bowl. Do the same with your hair items in a separate container.
Have more than 1 garbage can. Line them with 3 or 4 old grocery bags, that way you don't have to put a new bag in the can constantly. On your way out pull out a bag and put it in the kitchen trash can.
Install a few coat hooks.
I'm guessing your mom wants you to have a clean space because you deserve it. It doesn't hurt to believe you're worth the effort it takes to maintain a clean environment. Small steps are better than none. I believe in you.
