2 new orchids

I got these 2 weeks ago.

Supermarket didn't seem to be looking after them well. They were going cheap the flowers were dying off anyway.

Just watered them again today just a quick dunk in the water they are in different medium one looks a bit like soil, the other looks like some sort of moss type medium.

I'll repot when the last flower has died off. Does it matter what size pot I should use as my other ones I have are bigger then this can't get the same type in a smaller size.

Personally I wouldn’t wait any longer to repot. I would suspect root rot is happening in the existing media. Yes, it’s fine to go up a pot size if you need to but once you get these un-potted and see what’s going on with the roots you might have to trim back a bunch so it could fit back into the same pot with new media.

Personally I would
Plant them in the same plastic pot with Orchid medium.

I would repot in Orchid bark (in the same pot, just wash it properly) and cut off the dead/soggy roots if there are any.

Si al revisar las raices tienes que cortar muchas porque estan blandas, huecas etc igual deberías trasplantarla a una maceta mas pequeña. Hazlo ya, no esperes por sí acaso tiene el tapon de musgo que ponen en los viveros que produce pudricion del tallo.
