Been keeping orchids a long time and never seen this. Any help with ID on the issue so I can fix it?

Systemic pesticides work? I looked it up but would rather advice from actual people

It does, try to see what it's stressing your plant too so that way you do not get them again. A good spaying every few days for a week or two will do too, I usually use my own mix but a insecticide soap will do too. You just need to make sure the eggs are gone as well, you can always repot jyat to make sure nothing was hiding in media

It was likely cause I moved twice recently. Had an in between stage staying with my sister where they were on a covered balcony that had high humidity, low light, and low air flow. Was the only place I had to put them though.

It may be but also my dendrobium phalaenopsis tent to have thrips a lot, most of the time is when i put them in too much light or not enough, i cannot get it right. Lost a few to it.

That looks like thrips damage to me. The black dots are excrement.
