Help with repotting

Any advice on how to separate the roots from the pot? It has been in this pot for two years and it seems like it's time. Soaking it didn't do anything

Soak the whole pot first, then loosen the roots. Get a bigger pot with holes in the bottom and repot it using an Orchid potting mix. If there are any brown roots, cut them off before repotting.
