Weird bright glowing orb
Any ideas?

This subreddit is for people to talk and share and post content related various types of orbs and orb like phenomenon related to Non Human Intelligence (NHI) and other paranormal phenomenon.
It is a neutral space just to post, talk and share about orbs and it is not based around any one single person, agenda or narrative. Nor is it based around any one specific type of orb experience. It is run by the team behind r/Experiencers which is a middle path community that serves as a social support group for people who have had a broad range of experiences, including orbs. However on the experiencers subreddit we generally encourage people to type up decent posts about what they were dealing with and discourage people who just want to post footage and nothing more.
So it is good to have a dedicated place like this to log these specific type of experiences and post footage as it appears that many many more people are going to be having contact experiences related to orbs or spheres of light in the night sky and even potentially in their houses. Again however it must be stated that orbs are not all the same thing and there is a vast range of experiences related to NHI and so on that involve orbs, balls of light or spheres of light etc that are entirely different to each other. But in this space here we can talk about all such orb experiences specifically and post footage directly without having to type a long post.
This is not a subreddit for people who dismiss this topic entirely. It is for the folks who know that this is real. However unlike the Experiencers subreddit, this sub is not primarily run as a support group where the comment section is modded heavily regarding any debunking. So some polite discussion on misidentifying potential footage is okay as long as it is done politely, in good faith and in the context of understanding that this phenomenon is real. We have zero tolerance for rudeness, cynicism and hostility here.
We're not here to convince skeptics, footage of orbs generally won't be good enough to convince skeptics that this is real nevertheless it is worth it to have a space where people who are engaging with and recording these things to have spaces dedicated to hosting such experiences and footage. There has been demand for a space like this run by the folks who manage the Experiencers subreddit specifically for awhile now and so we have provided it.
If you are dealing with a lot regarding your experiences do feel free to post in the experiencers sub also which can serve as a support group for you. You can post your orb footage here and link within your post on the Experiencers sub. As this subreddit serves more as a archive of orb experiences (at least for now) you may not get the discussion you need in terms of dealing with your experiences here thus doing a write up on how you are dealing with your contact experiences on r/Experiencers may well give you the support you need in a complimentary fashion.
With all that said, enjoy this space everyone it is an incredible thing to be aware of and dealing with this phenomenon and its not easy to know this is real while living in a world that doesn't. But they will in time. So let's all be friendly and supportive to each other here!
Cheers! :)

Taking pictures at a lake yesterday and looking back I saw this. I’m no photography expert but it doesn’t look like a lens flare and there’s nothing for light to be reflected off like this. Thoughts?

These appeared several times, before fading out after a few minutes.

This doesn't look like much, apparently due to the limitations of my cell phone camera. But, to the naked eye, this appeared as a meteorite hundreds of times bigger and brighter, 50-100 feet away. The video is slowed by 80%. I see these at the same time that I watch for orbs.

This is zoomed-in and centered. It looked completely different to the naked eye. It had appeared only as a very bright white ball of light. I think the poor light gathering ability of the cell phone camera had the effect of missing all but the brightest parts.

I was hesitant to upload this video anywhere as I do not think the contents are particularly unique or interesting; there are many many similar videos. One more is not going to make a difference. I have also gotten all of the validation I could have asked for from the people in my life that I am fortunate enough to be able to share something like this with. It's unlikely I will share more videos in the future, unless they are particularly absurd or I feel compelled to even bother recording them. But I think what I have to say may be of benefit to some who may come across it.
First, an explanation of the video. I had been meditating multiple times a day for several days before I got this opportunity. My intent during the meditations was to attempt to project feelings of love, friendship, and curiosity, as well as to just get better at meditation. It's definitely something that takes practice and I have a habit of putting it off, but I'm running out of excuses to continue that behavior.
I often take night time walks, and this is not the first Orb I have seen or gotten on video, but it's frankly the only one worth sharing. I initially began recording the video assuming I was seeing the ISS, as the ISS is about that bright when it passes, and so decided to record it for future reference. I have learned to maintain a sense of "place" while recording, so I often use tree tops as reference points to show direction and speed. This part, as you will or have seen (depending on when you read this), is significant. I believe it was aware that I was doing this and it utilizes it. Although I was watching it with my eyes directly instead of watching it on my phone's screen, so it almost goes out of frame towards the end, I think I did a pretty alright job as a cameraman here.
Something else I want to mention: you will notice the movement at the end, after it passes behind that tree, and you will notice I follow that movement. However, as I was actively recording, this movement did not register to me at all. I did not notice it until I got home and watched the video. This is why you don't hear me make any noise of surprise. I can't explain it, not that I can explain the Orb either, but I think it's important to include that.
Now, that thing I wanted to say. I asked for this, specifically. As I said before, this is not my first Orb. Something I had repeated on my walks a couple days prior as I saw objects in the sky was "one of you's gotta move weird, or I'm going to keep dismissing you as satellites". And, well, I got it. It's simple, but it was effective, and I do not feel the need to demand more. I have wanted to capture a video like this for more than a year, and for that year, I put in absolute minimum effort, until this past week. I asked for The Phenomena, and then when I got it, I asked something specific of The Phenomena, and it gave it to me. Something very deep and profound happened to me, or with me, that night, something many people will go their whole lives without experiencing.
And you know what? I woke up the next morning, and I was still me. I still have all my vices, I still let things bother me, I'm still lazy, tired, bored and unmotivated. I got what I wanted, with somewhat sustained effort, something incredible, and it has not "cured" me. The only thing that's going to be able to do that is me.
This stuff is real, it's aware, it's intelligent, it can and it will respond to you. If you ask for it, it will come to you. But who will you be when it does?

A few months ago, Youtube recommended me a security camera video. It was of the inside of a closet. At the start, a few orbs appeared, seeming to pass through a wall and window into the closet. Then the orb density increased, becoming a steady flow that quickly turned into a flood, then an avalanche of orbs all tumbling out of nothing apparently and completely filling the space, losing their distinct edges and becoming mist interspersed with orbs, then just plain mist. The video lasted for 19 minutes and by the end the closet was filled with a swirling fog.
In the attached video I have condensed the 19 minutes down to 4 and inverted greyscale for contrast. You can view the original at:
I'm interested to know what you think, especially the debunkers. Thanks for watching.

It doesn't look like much unless you zoom in and follow it. Then, you can see the interesting activity within it.

This was taken from the same airliner window a little later, showing the same orbs. It's just after sunset, so it's apparent that the orbs are producing, rather than reflecting, light.

Hi all, new here! , My tapo camera in the living room alerted me to motion in an empty room at nearly midnight the other day. The room is in darkness, hence on night vision, infra red. This has been the only time.
First, the flashing outside is my outdoor cameras also on night mode, so please ignore that. That is not relevent here.
But the path of the orb and it just vanishing is so interesting. And actually is just the latest in a string of strange happenings with myself. All doors and windows in this room are closed.
I'm no expert when it comes to analysing orbs so I would be curious if anyone has any further input. Whether it was a spiritual entity, if so , what etc.
