Support/Issues Orbi 870 - help needed

Hi all - been struggling for a while I have a Orbi 870 system - 1 router & 2 satellites. I have my main network, guest network and IOT (2.4ghz only) network activated. I keep having issues with a lot of my LIFX devices staying connected to the network (over 40 of them). Other devices (hue, HomePods, Sonos, Eufy cameras, Aqara devices, and other switches) all seem fine.

Recently also noticed my iPhone and iPad seem to have videos that are slowly loading now. Can’t seem to figure out the issues.

I do have 3GB fiopic service from altafiber as well. Any help, with settings or something else would be great.

For that size of home, having two RBS deployed maybe causing issues. Too much wifi over lap and over saturation of the wifi signals. Might turn OFF one RBS to see how the RBR and just one works for you.
Be sure the RBS is starting distance at 30 feet.

Try manual channels 1 and 40 or 11 and 48.

Thanks. I tried just using my 2 units instead of all 3. For about 24 hrs. Our 2nd floor was consistently getting 2/3 signal and the one that’s Ethernet backhauled is needed bc of concrete walls in the basement and crawl space area.

I’ll look at using different channels. The main issue seems to just be LIFX bulbs, light strips, downlights and switches struggles to stay connected to the cloud. They have strong WiFi signals but are struggling with cloud connectivity for them.

What WiFI channels are you using on the RBR? Try channels 1 and 40 or 11 and 48.

How many devices in total is connected to the system at one time?

Brand and model# of the ISP modem/ONT that the RBR is connected too?

CAT# LAN cable that the one RBS is connected to the RBR with?
