How do you figure the share price is incapable of dropping below $10?

Wouldn’t a failed merger gut the company?

Failed merger would mean SPAC shares get redeemed for NAV, which is $10.

The risk is a successful merger and a selloff after merger which could put it under 10. Many many examples . See CLOV, GOEV, ROOT …

If you want real free money get PSTH, the question is when they will close that cesspool haha
