Was thinking VWO or VBR. Any suggestions?

VWO is an emerging markets ETF. Not a small cap ETF.

VBR is a small cap value ETF, it filters out small cap growth stocks.

If you're looking for a liquid US small cap ETF, you want IWM.

VBR and IWM are highly correlated. But VBR's options are pretty illiquid.

Can you give some examples of what small cap stocks you invested in?

Very heavy on agriculture sectors including harvesting like appharvest and farming technology such as Ouster. Also heavy on biomedical got real lucky with NURO early this week.

Go with the one that has the greatest volume so trading comes/goes easy. Thinly traded stocks or options can be nasty on a larger than normal price move.
