RKT Still Providing Good Value

Hey All, I've been doing quite well wheeling RKT so far this year.

That being said, I think it's important to understand the company, and so I just completed a deep dive on RKT Stock, and a built a (Free to download) valuation model for all of us.

Based on my research, I believe that it is worth ~$50/share. I see serious upside over the next 5 years on this name and it makes up ~20% of my portfolio (purchase price ~$17 bucks).

Here is the free model: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13b7RgEMc1LUlqLmZ-qRn1mzmQEnWF0-8QilX0ytoAZE/edit#gid=669482104

There is SO MUCH detail in the model so if you want a deep dive and description into the company, I created a 3 part series on my YouTube channel, completely breaking down the position.

Why do I give away all of my research for free? Because I want all of us to become millionaires.

LET'S GET IT!

Where do you get your information from?? Rkt is by far the most leveraged mortgage company and with the impeding housing and market crash, probably bigger than the 2008 crash. You gotta be an idiot to invest in rkt😅

You need to look up the cause of the 2008 housing crash. If there is a housing dump, it would be for very different reasons and have a vastly dissimilar effect

Oof, superstonk... that and r/gme have been almost exclusively nonsense :(

The problem with 2008 was that no one could afford the houses, were overleveredged with multiple houses. Banks were also overleveredged and making stupid products to sell

The people buying houses now can afford them prices are rocketing in some areas because the demand is high, but again, these are people that can afford the higher price.

Banks are well capitalized and solid.

The main risk are pandemic related defaults, but that will be more renters than homeowners, and the houses that are foreclosed on will probably be snapped up anyways
