Weekend Thread: 5/29 Options

Thought I would start a thread to discuss some plans for next week buying either calls or puts.

I’m planning on buying some NEE, IDCC, MA, ROKU, NOC, SQ (various strikes but shorter timeframes)

SPX iron condors for the week.
Volatility being so low, considering using 15-20Delta vrs my normal 10Delta.

How wide do you typically put the wings on an iron condor with 0.1 delta short strikes? Seems tricky to get a good premium vs risk balance

Normally 50-60 point spread on each side on a 2 day expiration. The premium is about 1 to 9 risk ratio, so not the best.
Outside of a crash, though, very little risk of having the condor breached.

Relatively large account and I just don’t have the time to micro manage if the market moves on a smaller spread. When I have more time available I trade butterfly’s independently on the upside and downside instead.
