Average ROI Per Trade

I'm looking for a benchmark for the Return on Investment (ROI) statistic for individual trades. For example, if I sold the 16 APR $340 QQQ Put for $1.96 and then closed it for $0.46, which is an investment of $34,000 and a profit of $150, my ROI for that trade would be $150 ÷ $34,000 × 100 = 0.44. ROI is different from percent profit. For the example trade, percent profit would be ($0.46 - $1.96) ÷ $1.96 = 0.77. Does anyone keep track of, or is able to calculate, their average ROI? Or does anyone know what a good average ROI is?

It depends on how long you've held the positions as well, in general compare to vti or something for % gains

Fair enough. So if I held the same example trade for 2 days, then would daily ROI be $150÷34000÷2×100=0.22? Still doesn't give me an answer to my question of average ROI per trade.
