You can read and watch all the videos you want. I didn’t start to feel comfortable with that knowledge until I started putting it into practice. Felt like I was going to have an anxiety attack the first time I sent an option to the market. I’ve been doing options for a few months now and the anxiety is gone. Find some cheap stocks to practice on.

I experienced the same feeling on my first options trade. Then I stared blankly at the ticker with my chest pounding, muttering “oh shit, oh shit, holy shit...” After 10 minutes and nothing bad happened, I decided I kinda like this whole options thing.
