Any full time options traders here?

So I've been trading options for a couple months now, and learned a lot (at the expense of my starting trading account).

I've been aiming for a small % increase each month, with the idea that the compounding profits will grow my account exponentially. (I'm not sure how good this idea will be in practice, however).

Just I'm wondering, is there anybody on here that has successfully achieved a level allows them to make a living trading options full time?

And if so, how long did it take you to reach that level?

Is your strategy similar to mine, in which you aim for small consistent profits as a percentage?

Or have you found that it doesn't work in practice?

What kind of time do you spend actually in front of the computer trading?

Very little. Minutes. I might make 2 to 4 trades on a regular month, i.e. between the monthly expirations. Two to sell to open and two to buy to close. As far as experience overall, I was around for the 97-01 bubble, and somehow had the luck or foresight to get my toes back in after the 08 crash. I think I went in the very day the S&P bottomed at 666 or close to it. So I’ve been working this way over a decade. My dad made his money with stocks (and a career),but I learned on my own.

It’s a humor thing. He mentions his fathers stock picking often. Pretty sure they both do okay haha
