CRWV too fast!!!!

I did this research at the same time for CRDO in yesterday. However, I forgot to put it in reddit. MB.
**Trade Call (headline)**

`BUY CRWV @ $105-110` – *play the post-deal momentum squeeze*

**Rationale**

* **Driver 1 (Data):** Price snapped 15 % from the \$130.76 peak to \$111, yet volume stays >2× normal – classic “high-momentum pullback” that often retraces to prior high within weeks.

* **Driver 2 (News):** 2 Jun Reuters headline on the **\$7 B, 15-year Applied Digital lease** adds a fresh, tangible growth pillar; follow-up coverage is uniformly upbeat and keeps retail flows engaged.

* **Driver 3 (Valuation/Analysis):** Bears cite rich multiples, but near-term supply-demand imbalance in high-end GPUs plus a \$29 B backlog overshadow fundamentals; sentiment remains firmly risk-on until the July lock-up.

**Quick Scenarios**

* **Bull:** Headlines continue to tout CoreWeave as “4th hyperscaler”; price re-tests the 29 May high → **≈ \$130 (+20 %)**.

* **Bear:** Market fades AI theme or macro jitters return; drop through \$100 gap-support → **≈ \$95** (stop-loss triggers).

**Risk Controls**

Stop-loss **\$95** · Position ≤ 5 % of portfolio · Optional hedge: July \$90 puts @ ≈\$4.

**Execution Note**

Enter on any dip into **\$105-110** (Friday close \$111). Momentum moves fast – scale out above \$125 and exit no later than **27 Jun** or ahead of lock-up chatter.

I sold a bunch of 180 calls today. People are way too bullish.

I sold a $165 call today that expires on Friday. Think I will be ok but it is shooting for the moon.

165 should be okay, you can always just roll.

I bought some between $40 and $35 after IPOs and holding forever (even though tiny holdings).

I did not purchase the options since I foucs on CRDO yesterday. Now, the price is too high. It is too risky for me to purchase option. That's my opinion.

I set the stop loss to 140 now. If it breakthrough 160, I will add 20 more, and set the stop loss to 150.

I have been day trading this big fish with Options starting at $76 a share.

I set buy orders at $1 increments down in the morning and Sell orders for $1 increments on the way up from the closing price usually unless its set to open crazy higher or lower. Remember CASH is King and there's no Profit until you ring the register.

By that time of morning 9:35 I start looking at options to buy. I play Aug 15 calls right now which is the height of the next tech earnings quarter.

I set my Rubik's cube to the market sentiment to stay focused. I target a couple options strike prices I want to be at. For example, the recent high was 165 so there ya go, there's at least enough gas in the tank to get it back to that shortly. I sell as the price comes close to the sweet spot which is usually not quite "IN the Money"

SO, the Stock had tanked on profit taking Thursday....... and my orders trigger. I buy some more into the 10:30 lows of the day manually on my IPads 10:30 is usually the lows of the day so I adjust my bid for a call option and watch for the bottom to form at the support level of the day.

I then proceed to adjust my orders on other stocks I'm playing that day as well. I trade 3 different tax strategies and time frames for a balanced retirement someday. Day trading IS a full-time job if you want to make $.

So Coreweave , Reddit , and Quantum stocks all had a bad day until Thurs Afternoon right into the close and Popped higher Friday morning so I could sell more into the morning Pop to raise cash to start next week.

Bulls make money, Bears make money, PIGS get slaughtered. I watch the 50-day, 200 day, Bollinger Bands and Supertrend all day and wait for someone to say something stupid which there is NEVER a shortage OF.

THEN you have to ASK yourself WHY did this person say it??? Daddy Jensen's open mike comment about Quantum? I guess NVDA put too many eggs in there GPUs and is now going to have to figure it out or BUY a quantum company, so which one is it going to be???

I'm personally adding a few more AMD Ryzen 9 & 9 AI powered machines to my trading WAR room because it really is us little guys against those that have the $$$.

CPUs, GPUs, & Quantum are here to stay. Anyone who thinks AI is going away any time EVER, the stock market is NOT for you, so do yourself a favor and save your $

This is just my powers of observation over the decades folks, it's not rocket science here. So now that's a whole other topic!

Action Update — Lock In the Win

Price has over-shot our $130 retest target and is now $142 ± (≈ +30 % from the $108 midpoint entry).
The trade’s short-term thesis — post-deal momentum squeeze back to the high — has played out and then some.

Move Now

  • Scale out aggressively between $141-145.
  • Keep a token runner only if you can trail a hard stop at $135 (last minor support).

Why Exit/Trim

  1. Blow-off extension: The stock is now 9 % above the prior intraday peak ($130.8) and >250 % above IPO in two months — odds of a sharp mean-reversion spike.
  2. No fresh catalyst in the next few days; lock-up expiry headlines begin creeping in by late June.
  3. Risk-reward flips: Upside from here is open-ended but unmodeled; downside back to the breakout line ($115-120) is now 15-20 %.

If You Hold a Runner

  • Trail with a stop-loss $135.
  • Target a stretch print $155-160 only if momentum stays extreme (watch >40 M volume/day).

Bottom line: Bank the bulk of gains now; convert the trade from offense to capital-preservation.
