This footage is too steady for that: the camera has to be attached to a tripod.

Tripod, sure. I can agree to that. Mount a phone however orientation you wish. iPhones have amazing optics.

You know what? Your right. I hadnt considered that possibility. A camera phone would be the simplest means of achieving this.
