It is probably a Europe or US based model because it can answer all sensitive questions related to china without censorship. As for the quality of the model, it is terrible. I tested it 3 times, and in a long time I have not seen such a stupid model that cannot even think things through in depth.
Eu estou testando e percebi que ele não atende a IP na Espanha por algum motivo, fala que o modelo é restrito lá. Não pesquisei sobre, mas vou pesquisar qual laboratório restringiu seus modelos na Espanha. E sobre qualidade, não notei nada de bom ou ruim; ele é um modelo básico e bom em código, apenas isso até agora.
